With these devices, you can use Google Assistant, Siri and Amazon Alexa. They support Bluetooth, but Bose QuietComfort 35 II has a version 5.0, while Bose 700 has 4.1. Only the second appliance has NFC support. When it comes to battery life, this feature is the same — 20 hours. The point is that charging of Bose QuietComfort 35 II takes 2.5 hours, while Bose 700 can be charged in 2 hours. The good news is that the speed charge function is available for both of them. These devices come with an audio cable which means that they have a battery-free listening mode. When you are running out of battery, you will be warned by a light indicator. It is a pity that the devices do not have aptX support.

Sound

Bose QuietComfort 35 II has balanced, but soft sound quality. The device does a great job of drowning out everything from the rumble of a bus, cars driving by and even voices. These headphones impressively manage to dig up details you might not otherwise hear.

The headphones Bose 700 can work well with most music genres, you will get easy listening and open sound. They deliver a wide soundstage, with balanced highs, mids, and lows.

Comfort and design

The built-in microphone lets you speak on the phone without unplugging the headphones.

The detachable wire which you get with these devices is 120 cm long which is optimal for such headphones. Bose QuietComfort 35 II is slightly heavier than the other appliance as it weighs 255 g, while Bose 700 has 240 g. Each pair of the headphones you get with a carry case, therefore the mentioned devices are pretty portable.
