Comfort and design

Beyerdynamic made the headphones that weigh 360 g, while the product of Sennheiser is 260 g heavy. The headband is adjustable in both cases, however, they are not foldable.

The lead of Sennheiser HD 650 has a high quality. It is thickish but pliable and terminated in a 6.3mm jack at one end and individual connectors for each cup. A coiled cable of Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO easily flex and bend into any shape you need.

Pros

  • Bass is plentiful for almost any genres of music, as it is deep and tight with plenty of “punch”
  • The build is great and despite the fact that they are made of plastic, it is very pleasing to hold
  • The “muffs” are made of very soft material — almost like velvet

Cons

  • If you are going to use it regularly for a long period, be ready to replace some details – drivers can start rumbling and distorting and ear-pads will wear out over time
